Our Stockfish Trimmings are the smaller cuts and edges of premium Atlantic Cod, naturally air-dried to the same high standards as our whole fish. These "bits and pieces" are packed with the same intense, smoky "umami" flavor that stockfish is famous for, but at a more affordable price point. Because they are smaller, they release their flavor faster and are much easier to manage in the pot.
